NuSep’s Pre-cut blotting papers are ideal for use in transfer sandwiches and cassettes when proteins are transferred electrophoretically from a gel to a nitrocellulose, PVDF, or other membrane.
Convenient – pre-cut; works with most mini gel transfer assemblies
Tested – performs consistently without artifacts or background
Available sizes include 3 x 8.5 cm and 7 x 8.5 cm
Available in different thicknesses:
Thick (about 2.4mm) – for Trans-Blot® SD semi-dry or Trans-Blot transfer cells
Thin (about 0.35mm) – for transfer of thick gels using wet blotting methods
